Dispatch Manager

When an order is taken that requires goods to be dispatched to the customer, instead of printing out the document you can simply flag the invoice to go to the Dispatch Manager system.

Staff see the order come into the system and can organise the picking, packing, and delivery of goods.

 

During the packing of goods the dispatcher can update the invoice with:

  • quantity supplied

  • date of delivery

  • ticket number

 

and produce:

  • packing slips

  • delivery labels 

  • invoices

 

They can also send an SMS text message or email to the customer to let them know that the goods have been dispatched.
