Call Centre Module
The Call Centre Module provides your sales team with contacts from your Database and provides a system for improving sales.
Contacts in the database are assigned to a:
and a call date and frequency.
The rep checks into the call centre module and the list of calls to be made is displayed. They make the calls and update the notes. They can view trading history and create new quotes and invoices.
New call back times can be set and a cyclic sales system is created.
The Prospecting database is a module under development. If you are an organisation who increases it's client base
