8. Set up Printers

  • SoEasy attaches its self to a printer during installation.
  • You can also define specific printers for specific tasks.
  • If you change a printer you must also set it up inside SoEasy as SoEasy will still be attached to the old printer

Important information on Network printers.
When your computer logs on to a network, it automatically scans for printers that may be available. Sometimes, when a printer is removed from the network, the drivers for the printer are not removed from every workstation. As a result, network delays can happen due to software having to wait for Windows to conclude its scan for available printers. Check the Printers & Faxes section on each PC and remove any drivers that are no longer used.
