7. Setting Up User Access

SoEasy has a built in security system that enables you to limit access and functions to specific users.

It is also important to require all users to log onto the system if you want to be able to identify who added, edited, or deleted a transaction.

In the Enterprise Version there is a system called the Activity Monitoring System (AMS) which can report on virtually anything that a user does inside the system.
