3. Establish a Support Contract

Support for your software, plus keeping up-to-date, is a very important part of maintaining your system. At SoEasy we are very aware of the need to provide fast effective support and it forms a large part of our business operation. As you can imagine, this is an expensive process and to cover the costs, we charge for any support we provide. This is an industry standard and you will find that most software companies apply charges.

We also release a new Master Version each year which we also charge for.

However, to reduce user costs and help keep customers up-to-date we have an affordable support contract program that provides:

  • Free On line Training
  • Free Remote Assistance when required

A support contract is the best value for money and can be engaged from as little as $19.95 + gst per month.
