If we join a
support contract, can I request a modification?
Yes - you must process such a request through the
Modifications section and the terms and conditions of
modifications have to be read and accepted

2 The speed
of the system is slow if other users are logged on, will a
support contract resolve this?
It is normal for systems to
slow down as a result of, larger data files accumulated through
the use of the system, PC degradation, additional applications
loaded on to your PC's and lack of maintenance
Speed issues
are due to a large number of things and support technicians do
not provide hardware or maintenance support. The issue of
maintenance is covered in many resources and a competent
technician could use the resources for tracking down any issues
and resolving them at your site.
Our methodologies may be quite different than your local
technician so the resources are invaluable.
Our resource center available to support contract clients can
offer assistance at resolving speed issues plus we have
affordable services that can review your site and make
suggestions.

Can we dial
calls direct from call centre (not using phone)
This is not a current feature and would be a modification.

If we purchase a support contract can we have Multiple
identities for invoices and statements
This is a
feature in a different version to the one you currently have and
so you would need to purchase the upgrade. There are over 28
different versions of SoEasy. Multiple Identities is an add on
module.
