The Points System allows you to sell 'points' to members, which they can redeem for products and services.

For example, a gym decides to offer casual members, 200 points for $250.00

• The casual members can come into the gym at any time for a cost of 15 points.
   
• Each time the casual member comes in, they swipe a card and their name is automatically looked up and the 15 points for the session is deducted from their account.
   
• They then decide to have a protein shake; 6 points are deducted from their account when the invoice is created.
   
• When their points fall below a minimum, an automatic reminder notice is sent to them.

The Points System offers a way to:

• Create a casual member
• Sell pre-purchased points for cash
• Reduce the points through the process of invoicing the member
• Send an automatic reminder for the member to pay for additional points

The Points System is available with the Enterprise version of SoEasy only.
