About the Call Centre Manager
 

The Call Centre Manager is designed to provide instant statistical information about your telemarketing sales team's sales activities today.

It displays information such as

  • Who is logged on
  • What time they started
  • Number of calls made
  • Number of sales
  • Statistics

This information is updated in real-time creating a very 'stock exchange' environment.

When a sale is made the screen flashes to bring everyone's attention to it and you can also set up sounds such as "Heather has just made a new sale! Taddah!" to create an even more exciting environment.

You can also set up a prize structure; when a certain amount of sales are made, the screen presents the prize.

The Call Centre Monitor is an exciting addition to your sales room and can help keep everyone motivated and enthusiastic to meet and exceed their sales target.

For you to be able to use the Call Centre Manager the minimum SoEasy system requirement is the Multi User Enterprise Version.

Training & Set up service

Training is available as well as assistance to set up your SoEasy system.

Requirements

This specialist module can be added to any version of SoEasy Accounting except for the Cash Book version.

If using just Cash Book, upgrade to a higher version that suits your requirements.

If you wish to add the module to an additional workstation that does not have a SoEasy licence, an additional SoEasy network licence will be required in addition to the module.
