• Set each rep with their own unique logon information.
   
• Set KPI targets with your reps.
   
• When a rep logs onto SoEasy for the first time during the day, they are asked to complete a few statistical questions.
   
• Their answers are automatically analysed by the Sales Manager system and a message is displayed to the rep commenting on how well they are doing and what areas could be improved. This is automatically generated so you know the rep/s is/are receiving guidance.
   
• The rep has an ability to write a quick report on the previous day's results.
   
• When a quote or sale is made, the rep is assigned to the document.
   
• A rep can be assigned to a customer.
   
• At any time, the company Sales Manager can review the performance of their team and send a rep a comment, "Well done for the Braithweight sale!"
   
• A periodical report can show you the trends of the reps and can be used as a reference in a weekly meeting.
