Despatch Manager

About the Despatch Manager
 

SoEasy’s Despatch Manager provides an efficient method of processing a customer's order.

Instead (or as well as) printing an invoice, send it to the Despatch Manager with just a click of a button, where your despatch person will see the customer's order in the specialist Despatch Manager module.

From the special despatch manager screen, the despatcher can arrange the delivery.

At any time the despatcher can:

  • Assign stock to the order
  • Order goods for fulfilment of the order
  • Load courier details against the order
  • Print packing slips, invoices and address labels
  • Mark the job as sent

Details about despatch progress can be viewed by staff to inform clients of progress if required.

This is an exceptionally efficient method of managing customer orders and maximising time usage of sales reps who no longer need to print documents and place them with despatch.

You can also set up a remote system where despatch is in a different location. For example, sales office in Auckland, despatch in Wellington.

Requirements

This specialist module can be added to any version of SoEasy Accounting except for the Cash Book version.

If using just Cash Book, upgrade to a higher version that suits your requirements.

If you wish to add the module to an additional workstation that does not have a SoEasy licence, an additional SoEasy network licence will be required in addition to the module.
