To help keep your files in top working order you should at least run the
'Reorganise Files" function once a month.
To perform this maintenance process:
If on a network version of SoEasy, make sure everyone is logged off
SoEasy
- Take a backup

At "The Front Company Menu"

Select "Maintenance"

Select "Reorganise Files"
- Select your company
- Select OK

Book a service IMPORTANT!
Never delete the DATA directory inside SoEasy unless
you have a verified backup of the directory and all it's files. This may
seem obvious but it has been know to happen on purpose in an effort to
tidy up the PC.
