• For the current Master Version you have, the updates for it are free and available by downloading the latest version (How to download updates.) 
   
• When we release the new Master Version you can either:
  a) Purchase the update at 70% the normal resale value
  
  or
  
  b) If on a support contract with us, the new Master Version is free!

It pays to be on a support contract as not only do you receive Free support, you also get the latest version for Free!. This keeps your system up-to-date and provides you with the assurance that we are available. (Apply for a Support Contract.)

Important notes about Master Version upgrades and support:

If you have an issue and the issue has been resolved in a newer Master Version, you must upgrade to the new Master Version to resolve the issue.

If you are not on a support contract, and it has been over 3 months since you purchased the product, then you will have to purchase the new Master Version or go on a support contract.
